Overhaul SABROE compressors

Our team provide expertise in the maintenance and complete overhaul of Sabroe screw compressors during plant shutdowns. Led by our experienced Electrical and Mechanical Engineer and supervisor with proven experience, our technical team meticulously manage every phase, from disassembly, overhaul of compressor to final testing.

We tackled everything, from removing piping and connections to inspecting, cleaning, and replacing wear parts. Even auxiliary components like the lube oil tank, pumps, and filters received thorough servicing. Daily progress reports kept our client fully informed throughout the turnaround.

Our fully equipped refrigeration compressor overhaul shop with a team of highly skilled technicians ensures precision and care during Sabroe screw compressors disassembly, inspection, and reassembly. Each component meets OEM standards.

Compressor overhaul includes:

– Complete disassembly of all mechanical parts
– Check mechanical parts from wear, damage, or any other issues that could affect performance of compressor
– Complete cleaning of the compressor and all mechanical parts
– Rotor balancing with report release
– Chrome plating of screws if damaged
– Parts replacement: shaft seal, Annual Inspection Kit, Thrust Bearings, Journal Bearings are replaced with new ones.
– Electric motor rewinding where necessary
– Reassembly and external painting of the compressor

We meticulously check shaft alignment during final testing, vibration check with Vibrometric strumentation, thus increasing the overall efficiency of the compressor.

After a successful final test, we hand the compressor fully overhauled and in optimal operating condition, meeting all the highest quality criteria. This project demonstrates B.F.
